Portland’s Sunday Parkways

I love riding my bike with a group of friends, when we can take up the whole lane and not worry about cars. Sunday Parkways is about sharing that feeling with an entire neighborhood, young and old. For one day an entire loop of city streets is handed over to walking and biking (plus little red wagons). It is a great way to appreciate the city and get people excited about alternative modes of transportation.
