		<description>This really is an excellent tool. I used it extensively to figure out where to live and my &quot;transit shed&quot; when I moved across the country.
I thought I&#039;d point out that Mapnificent is actually done by a programmer in Germany, and is not a product of Google... yet. He just uses their basemap. I think its worth highlighting the innovators making sense of the deluge of urban data that corporations and cities are (thankfully) making available these days.</description>
